Privacy Policy

PalmSight (“we,” “us”) provides AI-generated palm readings for entertainment purposes. This page explains what information we collect when you use the app, how it's used, and — most importantly — what we do not keep.

Palm photo(s): the image(s) you upload to generate your reading.

Email address: collected at checkout solely so Stripe can send you a payment receipt.

Payment details: entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form. We never see or handle your full card number.

Your palm photo is processed entirely in memory: it's sent to our AI provider to generate your reading and the result is returned to your browser in the same request. We do not save your photo, and we do not save the text of your reading, to any database or file storage on our end. Once your session ends (or you close the tab), nothing remains on our servers. The downloadable PDF report is your only copy — we recommend saving it if you want to keep your reading.

Your uploaded image is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for the sole purpose of generating your palm reading. It is not used for advertising, not sold or shared with any other third party, and not added to any marketing list. We do not use your photo to train any AI model ourselves.

All payments are processed by Stripe. PalmSight never receives or stores your card number. Stripe may set its own cookies as part of standard fraud prevention — see Stripe's privacy policy for details on how they handle payment data.

PalmSight itself does not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts. Any cookies present during checkout come from Stripe's payment form, not from us.

PalmSight is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we'll address it.

If this policy changes, we'll update the “last updated” date above. Continued use of PalmSight after a change means you accept the updated policy.
