By uploading a photo and paying for a reading, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use PalmSight.
2. Entertainment Only
PalmSight generates AI-written interpretations of palmistry tradition, based on the photo(s) you upload. Readings are for entertainment and reflective purposes only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and should not be used as the basis for real-world decisions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to use PalmSight and make a payment.
4. Your Photo
You confirm that any photo you upload is either of your own hand or one you have permission to submit. See our Privacy Policy for how photos are handled — in short, they are processed to generate your reading and are not stored afterward.
5. Payment & Refunds
Each reading is a one-time purchase ($5 per palm) processed via Stripe. Because your reading is generated and delivered immediately, purchases are generally final. If a technical error prevents your reading from being generated after payment succeeds,and we'll make it right.
6. No Warranties
PalmSight is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or predictive value of any reading — palmistry is a traditional practice, not a scientifically validated one.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PalmSight is not liable for any decisions made, or outcomes experienced, in reliance on a reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the reading in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
